Job Description

Lucky Strike Entertainment is one of the largest and most successful location-based entertainment companies in the world. Founded in 1997 with just one bowling center, the company has grown into a powerhouse brand with 360 upscale and traditional bowling centers, five expansive and strategically located waterparks, a large amusement park in California, and 10 upscale Boomers Family Entertainment Centers across major markets. Employing over 14,000 associates and generating nearly $1.4 billion in annual revenue, Lucky Strike has continually redefined the entertainment and hospitality industry. The company focuses on delivering memorable hospitality experiences to every guest during every visit, creating environments that encourage fun, celebration, and connection.

As a Restaurant and Operations Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will play a crucial leadership role overseeing food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across shifts. This position demands a dynamic individual who can adapt to various roles on the floor as needed, always with the goal of fostering an excellent guest experience and ensuring operational efficiency. The role involves leading daily operations across food and beverage outlets, kitchen, bowling lanes, and arcade areas, ensuring smooth service flows and maintaining high hospitality standards every shift.

Your responsibilities will include driving revenue through sales-focused strategies such as service upselling, guest engagement, and supporting special events. Recruiting, training, coaching, and scheduling teams that align with company standards while delivering outstanding service will be part of your daily duties. You will also manage critical operational aspects such as labor costs, food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and achieving daily financial objectives. Maintaining a presence on the floor to support front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams is essential, as well as handling guest issues promptly and fostering a culture of accountability.

This management role requires flexibility, a strong customer focus, and a leadership style that emphasizes being floor-first to understand and improve guest experiences. The successful candidate will have 3 or more years of leadership experience in restaurant or high-volume hospitality operations, demonstrated ability to drive sales, develop leaders, and manage financial aspects including profit and loss contributions. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods, with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

By joining Lucky Strike Entertainment, you become part of a passionate team committed to excellence and career growth possibilities. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans, wellness programs, 401(k) retirement plans, employee stock purchase options, and more. Employees enjoy various perks such as discounts on bowling, Boomer’s, waterparks, retail, and events, supporting a balanced, rewarding career in a thriving entertainment hospitality environment.
