Their strong brand presence is bolstered by ownership of the Professional Bowlers Association, the premier major league of bowling, which enjoys a global fan base and media coverage. As a company, Lucky Strike Entertainment focuses on delivering unique, engaging, and memorable experiences to guests of all ages, continuously innovating and expanding its service offerings.
The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a dynamic position ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and entertainment management. This role involves active engagement on the floor, leadership of a diverse team, and real-time problem-solving to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. Restaurant / Entertainment Managers work directly under the General Manager and play a critical part in overseeing daily center operations. In the General Manager's absence, they assume full responsibility for all aspects of the center, including entertainment programming, the Food & Beverage department, property maintenance, and equipment management.
This position requires a commitment to exceptional guest satisfaction, the ability to motivate and develop a team of hourly staff, and a focus on optimizing operational efficiency. The manager is expected to coordinate scheduling, manage business opportunities such as league bowling and open play events, maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, and adhere to administrative duties associated with leagues. Moreover, the role emphasizes driving food and beverage sales by ensuring the highest standards of quality and guest service.
The ideal candidate for this role thrives in a fast-paced, flexible work environment that demands multitasking, leadership, and excellent communication skills. They must be ready to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary. Those with ambitions to advance into a General Manager position find this role a strong foundation, offering exposure to all operational facets and leadership opportunities within Lucky Strike Entertainment.
With an hourly pay range of $25 to $28 and a comprehensive rewards package including performance-based incentives and healthcare coverage, Lucky Strike Entertainment values its workforce and offers opportunities for growth, professional development, and a rewarding work experience.
