Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years management experience in related food service or entertainment operations
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- capability to handle guest feedback and resolve conflicts
- physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- bachelor’s degree
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- strong team player
- excellent people development skills
- customer service proficiency
- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints actively
- schedule and manage staffing levels to optimize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive center sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate teams to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- oversee Food & Beverage operations and ensure high standards
