Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional service and actively resolve guest complaints
- Hone operational execution and schedule staff effectively
- Execute marketing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officials, manage league operations
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team for guest satisfaction and productivity
- Oversee food and beverage program management and sales growth
- Maintain flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
