Job Requirements

  • Two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional people developer skills
  • Customer service proficiency
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • Continually hone operational execution by scheduling staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • Capitalize on business opportunities in the market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business, adhere to league formats, distribute announcements, and perform administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • Lead the team through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity while delegating tasks appropriately
  • Oversee management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring high-quality standards and guest satisfaction through ongoing training and supervision
