Job Requirements

  • proven experience as a general manager or similar leadership role in a restaurant, brewery, or hospitality setting
  • strong hands-on approach with expertise in sales driving, operations management, and team leadership
  • excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • passion for craft beer, local culture, and creating memorable experiences for guests and team members
  • availability for some evenings past the dinner rush (no closing shifts required)
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Job Duties

  • drive sales and operational excellence through strategic planning, efficient processes, and high standards of service
  • oversee all staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to foster a motivated and cohesive team
  • manage day-to-day operations including inventory, vendor relations, compliance with health and safety regulations, and quality control for both restaurant and brewery functions
  • work closely with the owner on budgeting, menu development, marketing initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
  • ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and addressing feedback promptly
