Job Duties

  • directly support the executive chef assistant executive chef room chef and assistant room chef
  • enforce all culinary initiatives given by management
  • oversee own production responsibilities ensuring high standards
  • provide professional efficient and courteous service to guests and team members
  • maintain a clean and attractive kitchen environment according to company standards policies and procedures
  • work hands-on in kitchen environments including high volume three-meal periods
  • fry grill sauté carve and steam meats fish eggs vegetables and poultry to meet station casinos standards and specifications
