These programs empower team members to advance their skills and careers within the organization while fostering a collaborative and passionate work atmosphere.

The Resort Manager position at Pet Paradise is a leadership role essential to the success of the new Palm City, Florida location. The role requires flexibility, as the Resort Manager will work a 5-day schedule including several weekend days and holidays to provide hands-on leadership.

This role is perfect for a motivated, organized, and energetic individual with a passion for animals and proven management skills. Candidates should possess strong leadership and communication abilities, experience managing medium-sized teams, and a comfort level with being around dogs of various sizes. The position offers numerous benefits including complimentary pet day camp and boarding, discounted veterinary and grooming services, paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for professional growth through various internal academies and training programs. Pet Paradise is proud to be a drug-free, smoke-free, equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
