Job Description
Flatiron Build Co is a rapidly expanding residential remodeling company that specializes in high-end projects throughout Denver and is currently launching its Orange County market. Located in Orange County, CA, with a central hub around Irvine and project locations stretching from San Clemente to Long Beach and east toward Fullerton, Flatiron Build Co brings a unique, systems-driven approach to residential remodeling. The company is renowned for combining traditional construction expertise with modern operational efficiencies, including structured sales processes, clear and precise estimating techniques, advanced project management software, 3D design tools, and AI-supported workflows. This integrated approach ensures a premium customer experience, setting the company apart in the remodeling industry. Flatiron Build Co focuses on remodeling services such as kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home remodels, light structural work, and small additions, catering to upscale homes and discerning homeowners seeking quality and reliability.
The current opportunity is a full-time position offering a base salary ranging from $105,000 to $120,000, with additional performance-based bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities. As the Orange County market grows, total earnings potential can exceed $200,000, reflecting the role's significance and growth potential. This role is not a typical project manager position but instead is designed for a growth-oriented residential remodeling professional who wants to help launch, build, and lead the Orange County market alongside the company founder. The successful candidate will inherit a proven operating model supported by existing systems, active founder involvement, and a vibrant market demand for premium remodeling work.
The role involves working closely with the founder to establish and expand the local subcontractor and vendor network, support sales consultations and estimating, oversee project execution, manage client relationships, and define local processes and standards. As the market scales, the role will evolve into a leadership position responsible for managing the team, ensuring an outstanding client experience, and driving operational performance to meet business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong residential remodeling experience, a systems-minded approach, excellent communication skills, and the ambition to grow into a general manager or operator role. This position offers the rare chance to contribute meaningfully to building a new market with the autonomy of a leadership role but backed by a tested system and ongoing founder support. Flatiron Build Co values professionalism, innovation, and a customer-centric mindset, making this an exciting career opportunity for motivated professionals who want to advance their careers in the residential remodeling industry.
