- three or more years of dining administrative experience
- strong interpersonal skills

- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally
- ability to stand, walk, bend and lift for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide management oversight of residential dining operations
- manage, direct, plan, organize, and supervise dining staff
- collaborate with the executive chef to meet financial objectives
- serve as liaison between the department and students, faculty, and staff
- deliver high-quality tenant and guest services
- enforce safety rules and regulations and investigate incidents
- prepare yearly staff performance appraisals
- oversee coordination of complex events and programs
- process financial transactions, monitor and reconcile budget statements
- guide and train student workers including scheduling and workload management
- perform human resources transactional support
- conduct vendor/service partner performance tracking
