Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service, hospitality, or front-desk role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with mail and package handling processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 15-20 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service, hospitality, or front-desk role, ideally within a residential or service-oriented environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Familiarity with mail and package handling processes, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, and postage equipment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to anticipate resident and community needs
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with basic office technology
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 15-20 pounds as needed

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property management, security, parking services, maintenance teams, vendors, and cleaning staff
  • Issue, track, and replace building access cards, parking passes, and visitor credentials
  • Support the coordination and execution of resident events, community programs, and onsite activities
  • Greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents to ensure a warm, professional, and seamless experience
  • Oversee the front desk and lobby area, ensuring timely communication and a polished, welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist with property maintenance requests, amenity reservations, and coordination of work orders
  • Maintain inventory and restock community supplies, including lobby materials, amenity spaces, and resident-facing resources
