Job Description

Trillium Woods is a distinguished Life Plan Community located on 46 acres of scenic land in Plymouth, MN. This senior living community is dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to its residents, fostering an environment that promotes dignity, respect, and a fulfilling lifestyle for seniors. Known for its supportive, team-oriented culture, Trillium Woods believes in creating meaningful experiences for residents through comprehensive and compassionate services. The community’s holistic approach not only meets the physical needs of residents but also nurtures their social, emotional, and mental well-being. With a vibrant location set amidst natural beauty, Trillium Woods offers more than just a residence; it provides a lifestyle enriched with opportunities for growth, companionship, and purpose.

At Trillium Woods, the Concierge role plays a crucial part in shaping the first impressions and ongoing resident experience. This position is hospitality-focused and centered on delivering outstanding customer service. The Concierge acts as the welcoming face to residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers every day. The role involves greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism, answering inquiries, and assisting with various administrative and technological needs. Beyond greeting and directing visitors, the Concierge supports community operations by managing general office duties such as mail distribution, document handling, filing, and preparing announcements or flyers.

Additionally, this position offers technology support directly to residents, helping them navigate phone, computer, printing, and personal device issues, including with applications like email and social media. The Concierge is also tasked with problem-solving to resolve concerns effectively, ensuring positive interactions and preventing escalations. Other responsibilities include accepting and logging delivery packages, notifying recipients, and facilitating maintenance requests. The role reports to the Director of Administrative Services and sometimes assists with special projects and assignments.

This full-time, Monday through Friday day shift position offers competitive pay starting at $23 per hour, along with an exceptional benefits package. Trillium Woods values professional development and a workplace culture that honors employee contributions. Those who thrive in this role are enthusiastic and compassionate senior care professionals with a passion for hospitality and engaging with seniors. Working at Trillium Woods provides not only a job but also a meaningful career opportunity in a friendly, supportive community where your efforts truly make a difference
