The position available is a full-time, non-management role based onsite at The Ritz-Carlton in Sunny Isles Beach. This role primarily serves as a Residence Concierge and Night Prevention Representative, focused on ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of residence owners and their guests. Responsibilities include responding promptly to visitor requests, handling special services such as transportation, reservations, and laundry, as well as managing security measures like monitoring closed-circuit TVs, alarm systems, and fire protection systems. The role involves maintaining property access control, assisting fellow concierge team members during breaks, and acting as an ambassador in the lobby area. The position requires interaction with various departments such as engineering, housekeeping, and bell services to resolve issues efficiently, in addition to documenting incidents for log books and ensuring seamless shift handovers.

Candidates are expected to uphold company safety policies, report any maintenance or safety concerns, and complete required safety training and certifications. The role also demands a professional appearance, discretion in handling private information, dignified treatment of colleagues, and proactive support towards team goals. Physical duties include moving objects up to 50 pounds independently, assisting with heavier loads, standing or walking for extended periods, and adapting to dynamic workplace conditions involving variable movement speeds and environments. Communication skills are essential, including the ability to use clear, professional language and proper telephone etiquette. The role also involves vigilance to identify and handle unwanted persons and participating in various reasonable tasks as directed by supervisors.
