Job Description

The Knox Hotel & Residences by Auberge Collection is set to be a transformative destination located in the heart of Knox Street, Dallas. Slated to debut in late 2026, this revolutionary hotel and residence complex will become the city’s most captivating new address, blending bold design, luxurious comfort, and impeccable service. The hotel will feature 140 artfully designed guest rooms and suites created by the internationally acclaimed Martin Brudnizki Design Studio. Each room will boast a rich texture, glamour, and unique character, offering guests an elevated hospitality experience. Alongside the hotel, 48 private, world-class luxury residences crafted by renowned Dallas interior designer Chad Dorsey will provide exclusive living spaces for discerning homeowners. Residents and guests will enjoy a range of sophisticated dining and drinking venues including an all-day salon and terrace, a hidden cocktail lounge with an intimate atmosphere, and an inviting pool garden designed for relaxation and socializing. The accommodations will also include a signature Wellbeing by Auberge concept, combining skin-health rituals with innovative therapies in a serene yet welcoming setting.

The Residences Concierge plays a pivotal role in achieving this vision by serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners, guests, and vendors within the private residences. This position demands an individual capable of delivering seamless, secure, and highly personalized service that reflects the utmost professionalism and discretion. The concierge will support daily residential operations by anticipating the needs of residents and guests, coordinating move-ins, deliveries, vendor access, and scheduling of contractors. They will be responsible for monitoring contractor activity, maintaining accurate service logs, and managing access in partnership with the Security team. In addition, the concierge facilitates in-residence services such as maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping while overseeing package delivery and notifications to residents. Collaboration across departments including Concierge, Valet, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security is essential to ensure a smooth operational flow. This role also supports lifestyle programming and resident events designed to enrich the residential experience. Successful candidates must demonstrate passion for luxury service, exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and a high level of discretion and emotional intelligence. Flexibility to cover various shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight hours is required.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in luxury hospitality or residential services preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency with property management systems
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • high level of discretion and professionalism
  • strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service and luxury residential experiences
  • previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end residential, private club, or boutique hotel environments preferred
  • strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • high level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
  • proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and service platforms
  • flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
