Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in luxury hospitality or residential services preferred
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with property management systems
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- high level of discretion and professionalism
- strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and luxury residential experiences
- previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end residential, private club, or boutique hotel environments preferred
- strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- high level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and service platforms
- flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Deliver personalized, anticipatory service aligned with brand standards
- serve as the primary contact for homeowners, guests, and vendors
- coordinate move-ins, deliveries, vendor access, and contractor scheduling
- monitor contractor activity and maintain accurate access and service logs
- coordinate in-residence services such as maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping
- manage resident, guest, and vendor access in partnership with Security
- oversee package handling, deliveries, and resident notifications
