Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Respond to Residence owners inquiries about visitor information and special services
- Facilitate requests such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning by coordinating with appropriate vendors
- Address special needs of Residence owners and guests and ensure satisfaction through follow-up
- Announce and verify all visitors and contractors to Residence owners and control access using key tracking systems
- Respond, log, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns promptly
- Coordinate with engineering, bell services, and housekeeping to resolve guest or resident issues
- Assist with reservation services, elevator bookings for moves, and support valet and bell staff with vehicle requests
- Act as a Lobby Ambassador by reviewing and documenting shift logs and daily memorandums
- Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous conditions to management and complete safety training
- Adhere to company policies and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome and assist Residence owners and guests, including those with disabilities, ensuring exceptional service
- Maintain clear and professional communication
- Cultivate positive workplace relationships
- Perform physical duties including standing, sitting, walking, and handling objects up to 10 pounds
- Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned
