This position involves responsibilities such as keeping common areas clean, attending to the locker rooms and women’s residence, reporting repair needs, and assisting in upholding building security. The worker will be expected to comply with safety standards including wearing gloves and other required protective coverings at all times. The work schedule is during weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with an included lunch break of 30 minutes to 1 hour. This part-time schedule is designed to ensure continuous maintenance during key hours when residents may be using these common spaces.

Security awareness is also vital for this role, as the custodial worker helps to maintain the safety of both the building and its residents.
