Job Description
Pyramid Global Hospitality is a leading hospitality management company that operates a diverse portfolio of more than 200 hotels and resorts across the United States, Caribbean, and Europe. With over 18,000 associates, Pyramid is recognized for providing exceptional service, operational excellence, and fostering long-term partnerships. The company embraces a hands-on approach supported by corporate offices situated in Boston, The Woodlands, Texas, and London. Pyramid's platform includes Benchmark Resorts & Hotels, a distinctive collection of independent properties, Axiom Hospitality, its European hotel management division, and PYRAMIDWORKS, which specializes in integrated workplace and facilities services. This combination delivers both global scale and a personalized touch in hospitality management.
At Pyramid, people are at the core of its mission. The company is dedicated to creating an empowering work environment where associates feel respected, supported, and encouraged to advance their careers. Employees are offered opportunities to collaborate with experienced leaders, participate in career-enhancing assignments, and gain exposure to a broad range of brands, markets, and property types. Whether an individual is starting out in hospitality or bringing years of industry experience, Pyramid provides a supportive culture that promotes learning, development, and the ability to make a tangible impact within the organization.
A hallmark of Pyramid’s reputation is its commitment to service excellence and associate well-being, which has earned the company numerous accolades including recognition as one of the best places to work by major publications such as USA Today, The Boston Globe, and The Houston Chronicle. The portfolio’s properties have also received prestigious travel awards from Travel + Leisure, Condé Nast Traveler, Forbes Travel Guide, and U.S. News & World Report, underscoring the exceptional standards Pyramid upholds.
One of Pyramid’s distinguished properties is the Arizona Biltmore, an iconic resort located in the upscale Biltmore neighborhood of Phoenix. Known as the "Jewel of the Desert," this 39-acre resort first opened in 1929 and underwent a $150 million restoration that culminated in a 2021 reopening. The property features over 700 guest rooms, more than 200,000 square feet of versatile banquet space, and nine food and beverage outlets including multiple restaurants, bars, a gelato shop, café, and in-room dining options. Guests also enjoy luxury amenities such as a spa and seven pools, including a 65-foot waterslide. As part of the LXR Hotel & Resort by Hilton collection, the Arizona Biltmore combines unique luxury with personalized service and offers team members exclusive Go Hilton travel benefits alongside Pyramid’s own perks.
The Host role at the Arizona Biltmore is an exciting entry point into the world of restaurant hospitality. This position is critical for setting the tone of guest experiences by providing warm and efficient greetings as guests arrive. The Host is integral in ensuring smooth restaurant operations by managing seating arrangements, estimating wait times, handling reservations, and supporting the service team to deliver memorable hospitality. This dynamic role requires a quick-thinking, friendly individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest encounters.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to launch or grow their career in the restaurant industry by joining a world-class luxury property backed by a leading hospitality company. The Host will have the chance to develop valuable skills, gain experience in high-end hospitality, and be part of a team committed to excellence and guest satisfaction. Pyramid Global Hospitality values diversity, equal opportunity, and offers a supportive environment for all employees. Compensation packages vary based on qualifications, experience, and location, ensuring competitive rewards that reflect the candidate's value and the local market conditions.
