We are currently seeking a Meeting & Event Coordinator to join the team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in managing the operational aspects of event planning and execution for various high-profile events across the globe. The successful candidate will have between one to four years of operational management experience in event planning or hospitality. As a Meeting & Event Coordinator, you will work closely with clients and vendors to ensure every detail is flawlessly coordinated and executed, contributing directly to client satisfaction and the company’s reputation for excellence. This position demands strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent communication capabilities to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
The role involves supporting the planning and execution phases of events, managing vendor relationships, and sustaining client engagement through ongoing communication. Beyond these responsibilities, the Meeting & Event Coordinator will play an active role in troubleshooting issues, maintaining budgets, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as it involves significant travel approximately 50 percent of the time to meet clients and oversee events onsite, both domestically and internationally.
