Job Duties

  • Follow production guidelines and standardized recipes to cook and serve meals
  • arrange workstations with all essential ingredients and equipment
  • handle ingredients by cutting, trimming, measuring, mixing, and similar actions
  • employ safe practices while using kitchen tools and appliances such as knives, ovens, stovetops, and mixers
  • cook and prepare meals using techniques including baking, broiling, roasting, and steaming
  • serve and plate food following visual standards
  • adhere to food safety procedures and store food appropriately
  • keep kitchen areas, implements, and utensils sanitized and pathogen-free
  • offer outstanding customer care and maintain a positive outlook
