Ecolab is currently seeking a Reliability Foreman to join its team at the Garland, TX plant. This is a critical position responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of machinery and equipment through effective installation, maintenance, and repair activities. The role focuses extensively on both planned and unplanned maintenance, covering utility systems and production equipment such as mechanical, electrical, and process systems. The Reliability Foreman runs diagnostic tests to identify malfunctions, performs preventive and predictive maintenance, and optimizes equipment uptime to minimize production downtime. This position also requires a strong commitment to safety and compliance, adhering to National, State, and local codes, as well as OSHA regulations and company policies.

In addition to technical responsibilities, the Reliability Foreman will provide leadership and guidance to maintenance teams, collaborating closely with Maintenance, Operations, and Quality Assurance associates. The role involves maintaining thorough documentation of work performed in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preparing technical summaries and reports, and ensuring continuous communication within work teams. The position typically operates on a Thursday through Monday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and may require on-call availability and overtime as needed.
