Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of entry level culinary supervisor experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • strong communication skills with a clear understanding of English and Spanish (preferred)
  • leadership experience in culinary operations
  • proven ability to innovate and improve menu offerings
  • experience managing kitchen staff and operations
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • business acumen related to food and beverage financials

Job Duties

  • support banquet functions and other food and beverage outlets within the resort
  • oversee all culinary and pastry staff and kitchen operations
  • collaborate with restaurant GM and assistant director of food and beverage to problem solve and recommend solutions
  • monitor labor, supplies, and food expenses to achieve financial goals
  • drive innovation in menu planning and creativity
  • lead and develop future culinary leaders
  • ensure compliance with Four Seasons luxury standards
  • maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through quality food and service
