Job Duties
- Work in fast paced telephone call center and front-line registration area
- Utilize kiosk and video conferencing technology for patient interactions
- Perform accurate and timely registration in Soarian Financials
- Assist walk-in patients with rapid registrations
- Monitor patient check-in processes and take action on check-in failures or information changes
- Resolve patient registration issues using superior problem-solving skills
- Maintain professional and courteous dealings with the public
