Your clinical practice will incorporate knowledge of growth and development principles across the lifespan to provide comprehensive nursing care.

Documentation and evaluation of patient progress are critical aspects, including effective discharge planning and education assessment. You will mentor and precept junior nursing staff, serving as a role model and resource within the team. Maintaining confidentiality, practicing professional communication, and upholding ethical standards in all interactions will be expected. You will utilize quality improvement measures to continually enhance patient care outcomes and implement new clinical interventions based on the latest evidence and expert knowledge.

This position highlights leadership and problem-solving skills, requiring you to manage conflict appropriately and act decisively in difficult or emergent situations.
