The Medical Surgical/Acute Care Registered Nurse at TriStar Skyline Medical Center plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive care to patients. Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide both physical and psychological support to patients and their families. The RN is charged with performing thorough patient assessments and reassessments, developing individualized patient care plans, administering medications, maintaining accurate documentation, educating patients and families, ensuring proper maintenance of medical equipment, and effectively communicating patient needs within the healthcare team.
