Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Three years of relevant clinical experience
- Demonstrated progressive leadership experience
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Demonstrated progressive leadership experience
- Five years of progressive leadership experience within the same or relevant practice area preferred
- Certification in relevant specialty preferred
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin
Job Duties
- Direct the planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care programs
- Lead the day to day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services
- Direct and evaluate the departments workforce, in terms of staff scheduling and performance
- Prepare and administer revenue budget, operating budget, volume projections, and oversight for FTE’s
- Foster a strong shared governance structure to enhance nurse involvement
- Promote nursing excellence and recognize achievements through award programs
- Support staff development and professional growth through tuition benefit management
