The unit operates on a track schedule and maintains a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:2 to ensure intensive and personalized care. The multidisciplinary care team comprises Registered Nurses, Clinical Educators, Nursing Assistants, Unit Secretaries, Resource Nurses, Case Managers, Physical Therapists, Dieticians, and Occupational and Speech Therapists.
