As a part of Optum, SCA Health operates a comprehensive network of more than 370 ambulatory surgical centers, over 400 specialty physician practice clinics, and numerous labs and surgical hospitals. The company focuses on creating accessible, patient-centered practice solutions that support physicians, health systems, and employers in delivering high-quality, efficient, value-based care without compromising clinical autonomy. SCA Health's mission-driven culture is rooted in values that influence every aspect of the care they provide and ensure that the patient experience, physician support, and community health outcomes remain at the forefront. The organization offers a dynamic and supportive workplace that invests in the growth and success of its employees by providing resources, training, and opportunities to build a fulfilling career in healthcare.

Currently, SCA Health is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their operating room team. This role is vital to ensuring the delivery of exceptional perioperative care, emphasizing compassionate patient management throughout the surgical process. The RN Operating Room plays a key part in assessing patient conditions, developing individualized perioperative care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and safety during surgical procedures. This position demands excellent clinical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to the organization's core values.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $42.00 to $70.00, reflecting the emphasis SCA Health places on attracting skilled professionals who share their commitment to excellence. The RN will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and surgical services within a highly trusted healthcare organization. In addition to this, SCA Health provides a comprehensive benefits package designed to promote employee well-being, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and life and disability insurance.

By joining SCA Health, Registered Nurses will be part of a forward-thinking team where their expertise is valued, their ideas are encouraged, and their professional growth is supported, all while contributing to better care for patients and communities nationwide. The role promises to be both challenging and rewarding for those looking to excel in perioperative nursing within a reputable organization dedicated to healthcare innovation and service.
