The role available is for an RN Manager in a full-time daytime position, responsible for managing one or multiple departments within the hospital setting. The RN Manager plays a crucial leadership role, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that nursing care provided meets comprehensive standards. The position involves directing, supervising, training, orienting, and evaluating staff members while enforcing policies and operational procedures.
