Job Description
Everlong is a progressive healthcare company focused on delivering consistent, high-quality nutrition care through a fully remote platform. Unlike many other platforms where dietitians face instability due to fluctuating caseloads, Everlong offers a stable, full-time position that guarantees an average of 32 paid patient sessions per week. This reliability is ensured by actively managing and overbooking caseloads to mitigate the impacts of no-shows and cancellations. The compensation model is session-based rather than a flat salary, allowing dietitians to earn more if they exceed the average sessions, plus they receive pay for missed sessions as well. The position is designed for dietitians residing in Florida, and offers a competitive salary range between $84,500 and $92,950 annually, including paid meeting and training time.
In this role, Registered Dietitians provide specialized outpatient nutrition counseling for adults with a variety of Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, metabolic disorders, weight management, gut health, and women’s health. The position emphasizes a deep behavioral focus, addressing emotional and psychological drivers of eating behaviors beyond just food choices, using evidence-based counseling strategies to facilitate sustainable long-term change. Patients often face complex lifestyle challenges involving busy careers and family obligations, requiring personalized care plans that help translate insights into practical, manageable actions.
The Everlong team is fully remote, collaborative, and highly structured, providing a supportive environment for dietitians to thrive. Training is continuous and integral to the role, offering opportunities for skill development in behavior change counseling, motivational interviewing, and care planning. The culture encourages transparency, accountability, and professional growth through regular feedback and peer learning, ensuring dietitians feel equipped and confident in managing patient care effectively. This is an opportunity for dietitians who value collaboration and want to be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to advancing the quality and delivery of nutrition care.
