The Regional Transformation Lead will have the responsibility to ensure that changes are effectively delivered, adopted, and sustained in their designated region, balancing strategic objectives with operational realities. They will act as the critical bridge between global strategic design and local execution, thus ensuring alignment and practical applicability of transformation initiatives.

This opportunity is suited for highly skilled professionals with extensive experience—typically 8 to 12 years—in managing complex, large-scale transformations, especially within HR, People and Culture, or operating model changes. Candidates with proven capabilities in stakeholder management, behavior change, and driving regional adoption of change initiatives will find this role especially rewarding. The position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $230,000 per year, with additional eligibility for discretionary incentives and long-term rewards based on performance and alignment with Macquarie’s strategic goals.
