As a leader in the event planning industry, we consistently uphold the highest standards of service, creativity, and professionalism. Our team is dedicated to ensuring flawless execution from the initial booking to the final moments of each event, tailoring every detail to meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

We are currently seeking a Region Planning Manager (RPM) to join our leadership team. Your role includes swift communication, resolving complex client concerns efficiently, and ensuring that operational execution aligns perfectly with the planned details.

This role demands a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and finds fulfillment in building and developing teams. The ideal candidate takes immense pride in flawlessly executed events, a testament to their leadership, organizational skills, and passion for client satisfaction. Your leadership style will blend warmth with high standards, balancing accountability with supportive coaching to cultivate a motivated and high-achieving team culture. Effective communication and data-driven decision-making will be key components of your management approach, allowing you to identify trends, capitalize on opportunities, and continually enhance the client experience.

The compensation package for this role includes an annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000, with additional commission and annual bonus potential. Employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits program featuring unlimited paid time off, employer-paid medical insurance covering 85% of premiums, dental and vision insurance options, a 401(k) plan with 4% company match, stipends for devices and cell phones, and ample professional development opportunities. Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, reflecting the critical nature of our service to clients during these peak times.
