Our company is a leading enterprise in the agricultural and heavy equipment industry, specializing in delivering top-notch service and parts solutions to customers. With a strong presence across multiple regions, we pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. As a well-established business, our focus is on maximizing returns by optimizing processes in both service and parts departments. Through disciplined expense control and strategic growth initiatives, we continue to build a profitable service labor and parts sales division that supports our long-term organizational goals.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Service and Parts Manager to oversee the Service Advisor and Parts Sales teams. This is a crucial leadership role designed to elevate the service and parts operations within our region. The role involves creating and executing annual goals, budgets, and marketing plans in alignment with the organization's financial and operational objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge from managing service and parts departments, with strong expertise in improving customer satisfaction, driving continuous process improvements, and managing department personnel effectively.
As a Service and Parts Manager, your responsibilities will include developing and monitoring service and parts processes to guarantee internal and external customer satisfaction, while identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve operational efficiency. You will serve as a key resource for resolving work order issues and customer complaints, promoting a culture of accountability and professional development among your team. The position requires strong leadership skills to attract, retain, and engage competent staff, as well as advanced communication abilities to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including the Corporate Aftermarket Manager, marketing teams, and regional leaders.
This role offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the profitability and reputation of the service and parts departments within the company. You will be responsible for delivering a high-level customer experience, maintaining our company’s core values and reputation in the community, and ensuring that the service labor performance and parts profitability meet or exceed established goals. Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as necessary is also required, reflecting the dynamic nature of this leadership position.
If you are a goal-driven leader with at least five years of experience in service and parts operations, possess strong financial acumen, and are passionate about driving excellence in customer service, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
