Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in hotel or hospitality operations management
- Proven leadership experience in managing multiple properties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel regularly between properties
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
