We are currently seeking a standout Regional Operations Manager to join our growing team. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be a key partner to our property teams, supporting day-to-day operations, elevating performance, and driving a consistent, high-quality guest experience across our portfolio. This position demands a collaborative leader who values building strong relationships, developing teams, and delivering measurable results.

In this role, you will oversee and support operational performance across multiple hotel properties, working closely with on-property leadership teams to enhance service standards and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall results, ultimately contributing to the organization’s growth through effective leadership and collaboration. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in hotel or hospitality operations management
  • Proven leadership experience in managing multiple properties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel regularly between properties
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
