Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic dining solutions that cater to the preferences of patrons while maintaining operational excellence. This managerial position involves supervising the dining areas where customers place menu-based orders for prepared dishes, ensuring quality service and satisfaction. As a Regional Food Service Manager, you will lead teams across various sites, using Aramark's coaching model to motivate, engage, and develop employees to their fullest potential. Recognizing and rewarding team members who contribute positively to the workplace culture will be one of your key focuses.\n\nYour leadership will be instrumental in planning and conducting daily team briefings aimed at aligning team objectives with client expectations and company standards. Maintaining safety and sanitation standards across all operations is paramount, as is building strong client relationships by understanding their needs and effectively communicating operational progress. Financial acumen is critical in this role, as you will be responsible for completing and maintaining profit and loss statements, achieving financial targets, and following operational excellence fundamentals to meet food and labor initiatives. Furthermore, you will ensure that all team members are trained and capable of executing these standards effectively. Compliance with health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for clients, customers, and employees is a non-negotiable aspect of your duties.

Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory role
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant practical experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and preserve strong client and customer connections
  • Skilled in delivering outstanding customer service using approved methodology
  • Proficient in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with various departments
  • Physical ability to handle, move, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to tolerate prolonged standing

Job Qualifications
