The role of the Regional Food Service Manager at Aramark is a pivotal managerial position responsible for shaping and executing dining solutions that align with customer preferences and expectations. Key responsibilities include conducting daily team briefings, rewarding and recognizing employee achievements, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring that financial targets such as profit and loss statements are met. The manager also works closely with clients to identify their needs and communicates progress transparently to maintain strong business relationships. A significant part of the role is to supervise the team to uphold high standards in production, quality, and operational control. This position requires a hands-on approach, including occasional handling of objects weighing up to 50 pounds and enduring prolonged periods of standing.

Aramark values candidates with at least one year of supervisory experience, preferably complemented by a bachelor’s degree or relevant practical experience.
