Aramark Healthcare+ is currently seeking a Regional Food and Environmental Services Project Manager to oversee the Baylor Scott & White Health Region. This strategic role involves developing, enabling, and coordinating projects and solutions across the region, ensuring seamless implementation of programs and processes that drive regional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare food and environmental services, backed by demonstrated project management expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
As a Regional Food and Environmental Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, including continuous and temporary assignments, tailored to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to standards. This role requires a forward-thinking individual with strong business acumen, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage stakeholder expectations. You will be instrumental in overseeing project plan creation, execution, resource allocation, and communication, facilitating initiative development, and fostering collaborations among onsite teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and analytical abilities, self-motivation, and creativity, playing a pivotal role in supporting enterprise roll-outs and regional, district, or site-level programs directed by leadership. This includes responsibility for intake, organization, assignment, and closeout of projects, along with managing scopes of work and guiding project managers to surpass expectations. The role demands balancing multi-faceted processes with meticulous attention to detail under tight deadlines while fostering trust and credibility among all parties involved. Travel of up to 25 percent is expected, with preferred candidates residing in the Dallas-Fort Worth region or nearby locations such as Austin, Temple, or College Station.

Job Requirements
- bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of project management or operational experience
- experience in hospital food service or EVS/facilities operations preferred
- ability to work effectively in a team-based, matrix environment
- experience managing multiple client accounts
- demonstrated collaboration skills with stakeholders
- strong business and financial acumen
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- willingness to travel 25 percent
- preferred residency in DFW or nearby Texas areas
Job Qualifications
- bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of project management or operational experience with measurable success and effective performance
- hospital food service or EVS/facilities operational experience preferred
- demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a matrix organization
- experience managing multiple priorities or client accounts
- ability to collaborate with stakeholders and achieve project outcomes
- strong business and financial acumen
- strong communication, presentation, and influence management skills
- willingness to travel 25 percent
- residency in DFW region preferred, but Austin, Temple and College Station candidates will be considered
Job Duties
- oversees project plan creation, execution, stakeholder responsibilities, monitoring, communication cadence, and facilitates the development of initiatives through meetings and customized communications
- manages engagement planning, formalized communications and engagements, stakeholder report outs, support of mobilizations and key program development, and client presentations
- supports the roll-out and execution of enterprise or region/district/site directed programs to drive outcomes focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, adherence to standards, and overall performance
- manages intake, organization, assignment, and closeout of projects
- provides the scope of work to sponsors/owners and guides project managers to exceed expectations
- liaises with key stakeholders, onsite teams and external partners
- manages project roles and responsibilities and monitors potential risks to timelines and budgets
- advances multi-faceted and multi-tiered processes while maintaining attention to detail under time pressures
- fosters support and relationships by developing trust and credibility with stakeholders
- translates and communicates information and recommendations clearly with diverse audiences
- enables identification, resolution, and escalation of issues and revises project plans as needed
