The Regional Facilities Manager role at Uline is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s expansive network of distribution centers. This role demands a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for facilities management and a proven track record of success in complex maintenance operations. Reporting to senior leadership, the Regional Facilities Manager will lead diverse teams comprising maintenance, grounds, and custodial staff across multiple sites. They will ensure appropriate staffing levels, operational excellence, and effective leadership within each facilities team. A key element of the role involves meticulous planning and management of budgets, including capital expenses and facility improvement projects, often exceeding $5 million. This position also requires conducting thorough audits and inspections of buildings, sites, and equipment to ensure cleanliness, safety, and optimal functionality. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and guidelines that govern facilities inspection, maintenance, repair, and setup, thereby maintaining the high standards Uline is known for.
