Uline is currently seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations specifically within the Pennsylvania branch, located at 700 Uline Way, Allentown, PA. This critical leadership role commands an annual salary in the range of $150,000 to $200,000 and offers an exciting opportunity for seasoned professionals in facilities management. The Regional Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing diverse teams including maintenance, grounds, and custodial staff across multiple large warehouse and retail locations. This role demands expert oversight of operational budgets exceeding $5 million, with significant experience in computerized maintenance management systems being highly valued. The successful candidate will be pivotal in ensuring that all distribution centers under their stewardship operate efficiently, safely, and with strategic vision, supporting Uline’s expansive growth trajectory and commitment to excellence.
In addition to operations management, the role includes auditing and inspecting buildings, sites, and equipment to uphold maintenance standards and appearance. Developing policies and guidelines for facilities inspection, maintenance, and repair is integral, empowering the team with clear standards and protocols to follow. The Regional Facilities Manager will also ensure appropriate staffing levels and effective leadership within their teams to maintain high productivity and morale.

- 10+ years of experience with multiple large warehouses or retail locations
- Experience working with budgets greater than $5 million
