Job Description

Noble House Hotels and Resorts is a distinguished leader in the hospitality industry, owning, managing, or operating a diverse portfolio of more than 20 luxury, independent hotels and resorts across the United States and Mexico. Recognized globally for excellence, Noble House was recently voted one of the Top 25 Best Hotel Brands in the World by Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards, reflecting its strong reputation for superior service, elegant accommodations, and exceptional guest experiences. This company prides itself on its unique philosophy of "location, distinction, and soul," which not only defines its properties but also shapes its corporate culture. Noble House Hotels & Resorts values individual distinction and collective spirit, fostering a workplace where diversity, personality, and a passion for hospitality thrive. Employees are encouraged to express themselves fully and participate in a dynamic and supportive community, making it an engaging and inspiring place to build a career.

The Regional Director of Finance position, based preferably in Kirkland, Washington, at the corporate office, presents an exciting opportunity to bring strategic financial leadership to a portfolio of hotels within an assigned region. This role is also available remotely within specified states including Washington, South Carolina, Nevada, Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, Virginia, or Florida, offering flexibility while ensuring effective oversight and engagement with the hospitality properties under management. The Regional Director of Finance is a critical member of the Corporate Finance Team, partnering with Regional Operations, General Managers, Ownership Groups, and Corporate Leadership to promote financial integrity and long-term asset value growth. The role demands not only an expert grasp of financial management and accounting principles but also a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry, specifically hotel finance and operational dynamics.

In this role, you will be tasked with driving profitability through meticulous financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The ability to work collaboratively across various departments and stakeholders is essential to align financial strategies with business goals. The role requires strategic oversight for multiple properties, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and hospitality accounting standards such as USALI, while also promoting efficient financial processes and systems. This position necessitates a commitment to travel and availability for on-site assignments at hotel properties as needed, which vary in duration. The demands of this role are balanced by a highly competitive compensation package which includes health insurance options (medical, dental, vision), a 401k plan with employer matching, paid time off and holidays, complimentary meals, as well as exclusive discounts on food and hotel stays at Noble House Hotels and Resorts nationwide.

Joining Noble House Hotels and Resorts as the Regional Director of Finance means becoming part of a forward-thinking company dedicated to inclusivity through Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility (DEIA) initiatives and sustainability through Green and Wellness committees. The company values the diverse perspectives and enthusiasm its employees bring, ensuring a vibrant and supportive corporate community. This role offers an unparalleled career opportunity for seasoned hotel finance professionals looking to leverage their expertise in a challenging and rewarding environment where individual talent and collective success go hand in hand.
