The Director collaborates closely with Executive Directors, the regional team, and Dining Services Directors to provide consistent training, support, and supervision. Frequent site visits and follow-ups ensure quality assurance and compliance with all FDA and local health regulations.

Travel is a significant component of this role, requiring frequent visits to communities across Kansas, Nebraska, and Missouri. To support travel demands, the position includes an auto and phone allowance. Cedarhurst values this role highly due to its impact on resident satisfaction, operational success, and team development.

The company invests in ongoing education and leadership development opportunities to ensure its team members have the tools required to thrive professionally and personally. Through comprehensive training programs and a culture focused on internal promotion, Cedarhurst supports career advancement and growth within the organization.

The Regional Dining Services Director will find an empowering environment at Cedarhurst, where their expertise in dining services and passion for quality food service directly enhance residents' daily experiences. This position offers an excellent opportunity to lead an essential function within a respected senior care company, offering competitive compensation, benefits, and a supportive work atmosphere.
