The Regional Beverage Manager role is a critical position within Lucky Strike Entertainment’s beverage team, designed for an organized and dynamic professional who excels in training, development, and operational oversight. This role requires an individual who can effectively collaborate with a variety of personalities and skill levels to enhance beverage operations across multiple locations. The Regional Beverage Manager is responsible for regular travel to oversee bar operations, conduct comprehensive training programs for managers and bar staff, and implement new initiatives that drive revenue and improve guest experiences.
Key responsibilities include conducting bartender training sessions, facilitating leadership development, performing in-depth beverage audits to ensure compliance and quality, and managing inventory while controlling costs to maximize profitability. The role also involves leading cocktail testing, vendor relations, and supporting new location openings with bar setup and staff onboarding. Additionally, the manager is expected to spearhead promotional campaigns, seasonal offerings, and bottle service programs that elevate the beverage experience and business performance.
Ideal candidates bring a minimum of 10 years of bar and restaurant experience, including at least 3 years of multi-unit bar and hospitality management, and 5 years of leadership experience. They must possess strong organizational and communication skills, be proficient with MS Office and Google Apps, and demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail. The position requires someone who can work independently, handle high-pressure environments calmly, and prioritize and organize tasks effectively.

Job Duties
- Conduct bartender training and development programs
- provide coaching, leadership training, and performance evaluations for managers
- lead structured training sessions for field managers
- perform regular in-center beverage audits to ensure compliance and quality control
- assist with new location openings, overseeing bar setup, staff training, and operational readiness
- monitor inventory levels, reduce waste, and maintain accurate cost reporting
- stay updated with industry trends and conduct new product and cocktail testing
- implement strategies to control costs and maximize profitability
- identify and execute revenue-driving initiatives
- establish and maintain vendor relationships
- oversee POS button submissions and system integration
- participate in hiring and onboarding of bar managers
- balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs
- manage time effectively and perform other assigned duties
