The current opportunity is for college students to join the Red Vines team as Brand Ambassadors during the Fall 2026 semester or quarter. This role is designed to introduce and promote the Red Vines candy line across college campuses, making it the go-to treat during study breaks, campus events, movie nights, tailgates, and everyday social hangouts. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play an essential role in spreading the joy of Red Vines by distributing product samples, creating engaging social media content, and fostering a connection between the candy and your fellow students. This is a paid, project-based 1099 Independent Contractor position offering a stipend of $875 for the successful completion of program deliverables, accompanied by opportunities to earn cash bonuses.

Your primary tasks will involve attending tabling events in high-traffic areas on campus, organizing product drops within student organizations such as Greek Life and campus clubs, and consistently generating creative content that resonates with your audience. You will be expected to share content on your personal Instagram and TikTok accounts, including 5 TikTok posts, 2 Instagram posts (which may include static in-feed posts, carousels, or Reels), and 5 Instagram stories over the duration of the semester. Effective and lively use of social media will not only expand awareness of Red Vines but also help you grow your own online following, with the potential for selected content to receive additional promotion.

Success in this role requires organization and communication, as you will participate in virtual training and scheduled support calls to ensure you are set up for success. Regular communication with the EvolveZ team via Slack will be crucial to report progress and coordinate activities. You will also be responsible for capturing and submitting photo and video content throughout the program, encouraging product recipients to complete surveys, sharing feedback, and completing your assignments in accordance with assigned deadlines.

This role is ideal for students passionate about event planning, social content creation, and trendsetting new products amongst their peers. Preference is given to candidates with a strong and 'brand safe' social media presence, including a minimum of 1,000 followers on Instagram and TikTok videos that consistently receive over 500 views. Content must avoid offensive or inappropriate material, underage drinking, profane gestures, and overly political or religious topics. Your Instagram and TikTok accounts must be public with unhidden likes throughout the program.
