Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
- ability to work outdoors in high temperatures
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- able to stand and walk for longer than two to four hours
- fluency in English
- legal work authorization in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Strong food knowledge
- prior experience working outside in a resort setting
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices
- excellent customer service skills
- physical capability to stand and walk for long durations
Job Duties
- Assist food servers in providing an expertly served dining experience
- clearing and resetting tables according to standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line
- deliver food to the correct tables and seat numbers while giving an accurate and appealing food description
- support recreational activities by ensuring timely and efficient food service at Explorer Island
- adhere to health and safety guidelines in food handling
- assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in outdoor recreational settings
