We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Recon Runners. This critical role serves as the backbone for the smooth movement, presentation, and preparation of vehicles across our dealership and service areas. As a Recon Runner, you will gain firsthand experience working with a variety of vehicles, assisting sales and service departments, and ensuring that our lot and service bays operate without bottlenecks. This entry-level position is ideal for those who enjoy working in a physical, fast-paced environment and are eager to learn about vehicle handling, dealership operations, and customer service in the automotive world. The Recon Runner position involves moving vehicles efficiently to maximize dealership space utilization and service workflow. You will be responsible for transporting parts to support the reconditioning processes, assisting with vehicle presentation by washing and prepping cars for display and customer viewings, and managing vehicle keys with precision and organizational skill to ensure quick access and security. Additional duties may also include supporting other dealership functions as you grow in the role. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, making each workday diverse and engaging.
