The role of Receptionist (Front Desk) at Belcan’s Everett, WA location presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with solid administrative skills and a welcoming demeanor. This position is full-time, with a 12-month duration, offering a competitive pay of $25.82 per hour. The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and contractors entering the site, playing a critical role in ensuring seamless communication and security compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors, managing visitor access and badge issuance in coordination with site Security and global trade protocols. Additionally, the receptionist will answer calls, handle messages, and maintain front desk emails to provide exceptional service and communication support.
This role demands high organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask efficiently. The receptionist will also coordinate conference room reservations, arrange catering for meetings and events, and process incoming mail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and task-specific online systems is essential. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, with at least six to seven years of general administrative and reception experience, reflecting a seasoned professional capable of handling diverse office functions. The position operates Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm, including a one-hour lunch break, with some overtime possible upon prior approval.

Job Duties
- Greet guests visitors and contractors managing their entry by coordinating with hosts
- support site Security and global trade processes managing visitor forms visitor wifi permissions issuing visitor badges and access badges
- partner with security leader providing access badges to new hires and managing access permissions
- answer calls take messages respond to front-desk emails
- manage conference room reservations arrange and order catering for meetings and events
- receive and sort mail notifying recipients of arrivals
- perform basic clerical duties including filing data entry photocopying and scanning
- use MS office and task specific online systems
