Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic proficiency with office software and equipment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and basic office equipment

- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred
- Interest in pursuing insurance licensing and a career as an Insurance Account Manager is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members
- Screen and redirect unsolicited sales calls
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to appropriate personnel
- Prepare and process outgoing priority mail
- Receive and distribute incoming faxes
- monitor outgoing faxes to ensure successful transmission
- Routinely monitor department administrative email inboxes and distribute messages as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Organize and monitor office supply inventory and maintain the supply room
- Provide data entry support to Personal Lines and Commercial Lines departments by updating customer accounts as needed
- Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support agency operations
