Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in receptionist or administrative assistant roles preferably in a law firm
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word Outlook and Excel
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- professional appearance and demeanor
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with discretion and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in receptionist front desk or administrative assistant roles preferably within a law firm
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Outlook Excel
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- professional demeanor and customer service mindset
- strong legal research critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- ability to meet deadlines and work effectively independently or in a team environment
Job Duties
- greet and assist clients guests vendors and staff with warmth and professionalism creating a welcoming environment for all visitors
- answer screen and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- manage the firm's front desk operations including receiving and distributing mail deliveries and other correspondence
- maintain and schedule conference rooms including setup for meetings coordination of refreshments and ensuring equipment is functioning properly
- provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff including document preparation data entry filing scanning and scheduling
- maintain office supplies order inventory as needed and liaise with vendors and service providers as directed by the office manager
- represent the firm's values through professional communication appearance and conduct at all times
