Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, patients, and other personnel
- time management and organizational skills
- basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office and EPIC
- ability to interpret various data and instructions

- ability to work independently and with a team

- commitment to maintaining patient privacy
- willingness to work full-time day shifts including occasional weekends
Job Qualifications

- ability to build collaborative relationships with peers and staff
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, employees, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- determine the nature and purpose of visits and direct or escort visitors to specific destinations
- use judgment and initiative to complete routine tasks and prioritize requests
- maintain general knowledge of the medical center and affiliate to assist visitors effectively
- adhere to local, state, and federal regulations including privacy and safety protocols
- manage communication and collaborate with team members and other personnel
- ensure the privacy of patients' protected health information (PHI)
