This job opportunity is for a seasonal, part-time receptionist role within the Indianapolis, IN office located at 850 Massachusetts Ave, Ste 170. This position is critical to supporting the smooth operation of the team and providing outstanding customer service in the dynamic real estate environment. Working 20-25 hours per week with the assignment duration contingent on business volume but not extending beyond October 2026, this in-office role offers an excellent chance for individuals passionate about customer interaction and team collaboration to contribute meaningfully to the organization. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, making it a key role in representing First American's commitment to excellence.
The role responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors and customers, managing phone communications by answering and directing calls, supporting the team with document preparation, account maintenance, appointment scheduling, and assembling document packages. Additionally, the receptionist will handle mail distribution and maintain office supplies and equipment.
