Located in Miami, FL, GA Telesis is currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and well-organized Receptionist to join its dynamic team. The Receptionist will play a vital role as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional front desk experience. Reporting directly to the Human Resource Manager, this position requires a dynamic self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional organizational skills.
The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests warmly and professionally, managing all incoming phone calls with promptness and courtesy, and coordinating the reception area to maintain a welcoming atmosphere at all times. Additional responsibilities include managing communications such as sorting and distributing mail and packages, overseeing office supplies, and supporting clerical operations as needed. This role calls for excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong time management abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
In addition to contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the office, the Receptionist will collaborate closely with the People Operations Manager to coordinate coverage during absences, ensuring continuous front desk operations. - prior experience as a receptionist
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and stay organized

Job Duties
- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- determine visitor needs and notify person(s) being visited
- manage the reception area at all times
- coordinate substitutes and coverage with People Operations Manager during absences
- answer telephone calls promptly and courteously
- screen and transfer calls to the correct individual
- take complete and accurate messages and distribute messages in a timely manner
- activate the answering machine at the end of the day and place system on night ring mode
- check answering machine in the morning and retrieve messages for delivery
- sort incoming and outgoing mail, express envelopes, and courier packages
- maintain office supply cabinet and monitor inventory
- order office supplies accordingly
- perform routine clerical functions as requested
